My name is Sophie Hjælmhof, founder and senior consultant at Hjælmhof Consulting. I have held leadership roles across ISS Group, including positions as Key Account Manager for high profile clients such as PwC and SEB, and as People & Culture Manager advising senior leaders across Europe. I am fluent in English and Danish, and bring global experience from both Europe and Asia, having worked internationally with ISS in Singapore.
