Strong contribution to re-calibration of the contract, including due diligence process, transforming commercial models and ensuring above base invoicing. The trainee programme is a stepping-stone for people with management potential to become the new leaders of the future. The programme has enabled me to drive profitability of an account, as well as build and develop the customer relation releasing the account’s up- and cross selling opportunities. The programme launched my leadership career by supporting a steep learning curve, focusing on establishing the right teams, develop employee capabilities as well as engage and empower my teams.
Over nearly a decade at ISS, I grew from global trainee to key account leader, taking on increasing responsibility for high-end clients, complex contracts, and large leadership teams. With international placements, cultural transformation, and full P&L accountability, this journey gave me a strong foundation in facility management and hospitality leadership.
